I bought a piano about 2 years ago from Cooper Piano and can't recommend them enough! At the time, Kyle and Laura were quick to answer any questions I had, and I was able to make a great deal that I have yet to regret!

With my purchase, they even offered me their professional moving service free of charge (the move was very simple). They showed up at the exact time I was expecting and it took them no longer than 10 minutes to get everything inside. I have also done a tuning through them and it was nothing but professional. If I ever decide to purchase a new piano later down the road, Cooper Piano will be the first place I will call without hesitation.

I had a great experience with this piano moving service. They arrived right on time for pickup and delivered exactly as scheduled, which made the entire process stress-free. The team handled the piano with extreme care while moving. What really stood out was their pricing- it was very reasonable compared to several other quotes I received. Overall, I’m extremely satisfied with their service. Next time, I won’t even bother checking with other vendors-I’ll go straight to them.

Adrian and a team mate delivered my mom’s grand piano to us here in Acworth. They arrived on time but immediately realized they had the wrong piano on the truck. Instead of telling us we would have to reschedule Adrian assured me that he could make a trip back to the warehouse, get the right piano, and have it delivered that day. He and his teammate were back in about an hour or so with my mom’s piano. They got it safely inside, set it up, made sure it was to my mom’s specifications before leaving and did it all with a smile. I really appreciate the customer service they provided to us. Even with the piano mixup I have to give them 5 starts. That level of professionalism and kindness is hard to come by these days.

Cooper Piano has moved my baby grand 3 times and stored it for a renovation. Everyone is AMAZING! Highly recommend.

Cooper piano guys were professional and very talented when installing our baby grand. They also found and removed 20 domino's that our grandkids had hidden. Eric the installer also plays the piano, he played a beautiful melody for us that was emotional. I wish I could attach it to this post. I will always use cooper piano.
