These guys (and gals) are true professionals. Had a baby grand I needed moved which had lots of sentimental value. There was never a doubt that Cooper Piano was going to be able to move and set up the piano at its new home in the same condition it left its previous home. Highly recommend.

This is the second year Brent has tuned my Baby Grand tuned. And again Brent did an excellent job. He is very personable and pleasant. He was very methodical and took his time turning it.

Brent Wood does a great job. Happy with his work. Not happy with the price increase to $200. I will be having my piano tuned every other year in the future. Just can't afford it as a senior on Social Security.

If you want timely, courteous, professional people to move your piano without damaging it, Cooper is the only way to go. Every time we move we continue to receive the same consistent experience.

I put out a feeler for a quote to move a Baby Grand. Cooper was the first to respond, almost instantly. Their prices were in line with everyone else, so I gave them the job since they were so quick to respond. The whole process was easy and seamless and the movers were very professional and competent. I would highly recommend them.

I had the best time yesterday shopping for a digital piano! Isabelle was very patient and listened carefully to my ramblings, and then figured out what it was that I actually wanted. I had no prior experience with digital pianos, but needed something smaller and lighter than an upright. I was never rushed or pressured in any way, and with Isabelle's help, found a great piano that I will enjoy greatly. Thank you!

I'm a professional musician and composer and have had technicians from Cooper tune my Atlanta piano several times, as well as them having moved my piano from one home to another. Everyone I've dealt with, including Laura Cooper, have been lovely and professional, and I've been so pleased with the results every time I've worked with them. 10/10 would recommend!

These guys were amazing! They were very prompt and on time. They took amazing care of our baby grand Yamaha, it was perfectly moved with no damage. They got it taken down, moved 30 mins away, and put back up all within an hour and 15 mins. I was super impressed and pleased with them. Will be recommending this company to everyone I know!

Several years ago l purchased a piano from Cooper Piano and have been very happy with it and the service I received. Recently I decided to replace my piano cover and did the appropriate research on the internet. Finally I called Cooper Piano. I wanted a custom cover not a cookie cover cut fit. Laura Cooper personally came out to my house to make a template of my piano to insure that I would get exactly what I wanted. It is so refreshing and rare these days to get great service! I can’t wait to get my custom cover because I know that I will be pleased. Thank you, Laura!

I was so pleased with their service and the experience! They were on time, they handled my heirloom baby grand with care. They took note of wear and tear and made suggestions of other areas they had concerns about. I do not plan on having to move her again, but if I do, I’m definitely using them again! Their price was very fair for the care and experience they put in to their work! I highly recommend using them if you need a piano moved!

Laura Cooper and Gary, a stellar salesman, got in touch personally to set things right.On the return visit, my 7 yr old daughter (a new piano student) was warmly welcomed to try out their stunning collection of pianos. The level of patience and encouragement she received was really something special.They offered us a solid deal on an electric keyboard bundle, complete with a stand and stool. And a nice touch from Laura—she ordered a pair of headphones at no extra charge since they were out of stock at the time.The care, attention, and the effort to turn our experience around truly reflected the top-notch customer service and the family-friendly atmosphere at Cooper Piano.I’m more than happy to recommend them to anyone in search of a quality piano. Cooper Music has moved the piano that I bought there 30 years ago multiple times. Each time, they have been so careful; just like it was brand new.
