For about a year, I was considering upgrading my portable Roland FP30 to a more advanced digital piano. I found Cooper Piano one day while driving by in the area. Kyle and the rest of his team were professional and welcoming from the second I walked into the store. This was one of the most significant instrument purchases I've ever made, and I was given the chance to play and compare numerous instruments for many hours over multiple days and was never rushed into making any decisions. Kyle even advised me about other instruments I should consider that weren't carried by the store. He helped me locate them at other competitor stores in the area so I could make an informed decision. Ultimately, I settled on a Roland HP704 from Cooper Piano. Kyle managed to beat the market price of this instrument by a significant amount as well. This store has their own delivery team that handled my instrument carefully, ensuring it was placed safely in my home. I couldn't be more impressed with this business and I have no reservations in recommending them to anyone looking for a quality acoustic or digital piano.

I'm struggling to put into words how delirious I am over my restored 1928 Mason & Hamlin. I came to love Mason & Hamlin as a piano performance major in college and always hoped I might one day own one. Fast forward many years. I happened in to Cooper Piano, turned the corner, and there it was. I sat down to play and said to myself, "This is it." I've never loved a piano at first touch like I did this one. Blake, Kyle, Andrew....thank you so much for the care you each put into the process of assisting me in the process of acquiring this piano that I'll treasure for the rest of my life. Helpful, never pushy. Robbie and Tom were meticulous in the expert delivery. Sorry to cut this short...I need to go play my piano now! 🙂

I received an email from Cooper Piano about trading in my existing piano for something better. While I love my Kawai, it wasn't my dream piano. It sounds fine and everyone loves it, but it didn't touch my soul the way I knew a piano could. I called Cooper and spoke with Ian and explained what I was looking for... not just an instrument, but an extension of me. He understood immediately and said there was a piano there that might be perfect. I asked him if he played piano and he said yes, as occupational therapy for Parkinson's. I knew then and there that I needed to meet with him, because my husband has Parkinsons and I felt a strong sense that there were spiritual forces guiding these circumstances far beyond the potential sale of a piano. I brought my husband with me to Cooper to meet Ian. There was an instant bond like we had known him a very long time. He showed us to a beautiful Schimmel piano. I sat down and played "They say that falling in love is wonderful " by Irving Berlin. I cried, and so did my husband and Ian. I knew this piano was the one for me, and I continued to play it for almost an hour. Cooper allowed me to trade in my Kawai, and even rolled in the cost of out of state delivery, as we were in the middle of a move to Indiana. Now, as we settle in to our new home in South Bend, I am expecting the Schimmel to be delivered any day now. To make it even more special, I had started a Piano Happy Hour every Saturday at 5 pm over Facebook live at the very beginning of the pandemic, and I have done 99 episodes. Episode 100 will be broadcast live from our new home on the brand new piano from Cooper Piano. Our house will be full of friends and family once again. I can't wait. Sincere heartfelt thanks to Ian and Cooper Piano for making this all happen in such a magical way. I will dedicate Happy Hour 100 to Cooper Piano. Bobby Strickland.

I was looking for a digital piano for the church. Kyle and Andrew were awesome at showing me what would best fit the churches needs. Not only did they save me money but Kyle was super great at responding to me and getting me the information I needed. Once I was able to get to Atlanta to test the Roland GP609, they explained how to use it to helped me troubleshoot the needs of my church. Andrew played and recorded a few songs and showed me other wonderful pianos in the store. They are both extremely knowledgeable about their products. I even got to hear Andrew play and it was a real treat. Kyle even checked on me to make sure I got back home safely. Wow! I was so blown away by the way they cared and took care of me I had to brag. Cooper Piano has helped us multiple times! I will never stop using them as long as they are in business. We had an apartment fire last year and the movers hired by our insurance did a botched job on our baby grand. (Even though we were told professionals would be used for the piano.)Called up Cooper Piano and they assessed the damaged, repaired what was possible, cleaned, and tuned it!We recently moved again and they were super easy to contact, fairly priced, and did their absolute best to provide quality customer service. We even had a miscommunication on the entrance to the new house; But they busted their butts getting a third person to help and moved our piano as scheduled anyways.They are true professionals and were life-savers for me on multiple occasions. Glad to count myself a customer of this family-owned Atlanta institution. Although a grad student on a shoestring budget, I was treated with a level of warmth and courtesy that would have been appropriate for someone shopping for a 50k grand.Aaron was extremely helpful and kind, from the moment I walked in to the moment he helped load my new Casio piano on my minivan. He really helped me make an informed choice: he showed me to the piano I had come in to see, made recommendations as to other instruments that met my needs, and sat by patiently while I flailed around on each of them.I look forward to coming back into Cooper Piano in a few years when it’s time to upgrade; for now, I cannot recommend them highly enough.

If I could give 10 stars, I would. Let me start off with my salesman, Andrew. My wife had initially had her heart set on a Yamaha digital piano.. After speaking with Andrew, he really sold me on the Roland 607GP. He knew all the features off the top of his head, And in 5 minutes he had me convinced. Not only that, but he had given me enough product knowledge to convince my wife, who is the real hard sell. Payment process was super easy. The delivery team was very professional and courteous, and they did an excellent job delivering and setting up the piano. Now, on to the piano. Words cannot describe how much we love this piano. Andrew was completely right. We would have been extremely disappointed had we gone with the Yamaha.. This piano makes The most novice of players sound amazing..After calling Andrew back to tell him how much we love the piano, he further offered his services and product knowledge to us telling me that anything I need to just give him a call. That is superior salesmanship.I am super impressed with my piano, and I am equally impressed with Andrew and the Cooper piano team!!

We have done business with Cooper Piano since 2006 when we purchased a piano there. An important factor in our decision to purchase from them was their buyback plan, which will give purchasers full dollar credit on their piano toward another piano from them.We exercised that option in 2019 , and Cooper Piano did exactly that.In 2021, a problem developed with our piano. We contacted President Blake Cooper about it, and he ordered an equivalent piano to replace it. That replacement took place today, and all at no chargeThey are a reputable reliable business. They set a high standard.

I am posting this in response to the service I received from Aaron at Cooper Piano. I live in Kansas, they are in Georgia. I let them know this at the beginning of our conversation. I have never bought anything from Cooper music. I had contacted several other piano dealers and was unable to get any information on my piano. Original dealer was out of business. Every question I asked was answered fully and professionally. Aaron spent about fifteen minutes with me. If they treat people that are not their customers this well; I can only imagine the service one would get if there was a monetary benefit. I highly recommend companies and people of this caliber.

I first went to the Guitar Center to try out some digital pianos. No employee spoke to me or helped me out. I next tried Cooper Pianos and had a markedly different experience. I was greeted at the door almost immediately by Andrew who was very knowledgeable on different digital pianos. I did not intend to buy a digital piano today but Cooper Piano’s competitive pricing, Andrew, the owner (Mr. Cooper) and their team were extremely accommodating and flexible in their warehousing policies for purchased products. Overall great experience and am looking forward to playing my new digital piano!!
