Adrian and a team mate delivered my mom’s grand piano to us here in Acworth. They arrived on time but immediately realized they had the wrong piano on the truck. Instead of telling us we would have to reschedule Adrian assured me that he could make a trip back to the warehouse, get the right piano, and have it delivered that day. He and his teammate were back in about an hour or so with my mom’s piano. They got it safely inside, set it up, made sure it was to my mom’s specifications before leaving and did it all with a smile. I really appreciate the customer service they provided to us. Even with the piano mixup I have to give them 5 starts. That level of professionalism and kindness is hard to come by these days.

Trevor was fantastic! He came in for a piano assessment for our Hallet-Davis, and he explained every issue perfectly. He loved hearing us play and had great comments regarding piano quality, strings, and tuning. I learned a lot!

We had a 5-star experience from start to finish. Kyle was super knowledgeable and helped us pick out the perfect piano for our home. Robbie and Tom made delivery easy. They showed up on time. Cooper piano guys were professional and very talented when installing our baby grand. They also found and removed 20 domino's that our grandkids had hidden. Eric the installer also plays the piano, he played a beautiful melody for us that was emotional. I wish I could attach it to this post. I will always use cooper piano.George Kritko

I had Cooper piano move 2 pianos and an organ for me and I would highly recommend them for any job. Adrian was his professional as nice as he could be so was Leighann in the service department. They knew exactly what they were doing and I might add it was a fair price

Hands down the best moving team ever. These guys took such great care of my mom’s piano (it’s one of the few things that I have left after I lost her early to cancer), and they were so kind and patient throughout the process. 100000/10 would recommend them, and will be doing business again when the next move comes up!
